Due to customer demand, we have added RSS feeds that are freely available for you use. We have feeds that work with both compact and verbose mode. You may visit them here. These feeds are updated in real-time and can easily be integrated into the rest of your site by using a RSS/XML to HTML parser.

Fully Customizable Template Debuts

You are now able to fully customize the template (html) of InterFAQs to exactly fit the look and feel of your website. You can easily make your pages look identical to your site for a seemless transition. This can all be access under the Preview / Edit Template Tab in the Settings menu.

Ask A Question in Specific Topic Addition

When a website visitor asks a question, now he/she can assign it to a specific topic. This will give your site another degree of professionalism and make it easier for you to decide what topic to assign it to when it is answered.

InterFAQs Compact Mode (?) Debuts

In addition to your normal InterFAQs version, InterFAQs can now also be used in compact mode. This functionality can be seen by clicking on the question mark after the above heading. Compact mode like the one used above can be used either on your actual website or inside of current InterFAQs answers providing a seemless integration.

Popular and Recently Updated Indicators Added

FAQs on both the Main browse page and the topic browse page have been made to indicate which are popular and which have been updated recently. The popular indicator means that the number of views on that FAQ is in the top 25% of views of all the FAQs in your FAQ index. The updated recently indicator means that the FAQ has been updated within the last two weeks.
